These are beautiful shoes. They’re more comfortable than my sneakers; however, I wear my lace-up shoes with cropped pants, jeans rolled up, or short dresses and skirts with leggings, and the shaft is just an inch too short on these for that look, so I’m very sadly returning them.

The Spring Street Bootie is true to size. Ordered my regular size 8 1/2 M. Fit good. Roomy in the toes with mid weight socks. Good ankle support. Supple leather with no break in period needed. Light weight boot. Sturdy rubber soles quiet and soft to walk on hard floors with plenty of traction for the outside. The laces do untie so will need to learn a new knot, get different laces or use lace locks. I like them . They are just what I was looking for.

These are great looking boots, excellent quality, however I didn’t read all of the reviews some of which suggested to go a 1/2 size smaller. A return and reorder are happening today!

Being leather, they were tight the first couple times wearing them. So don’t plan on wearing them all day the first couple times. The insoles could be cushier. I had to buy some insoles. Other than that, I love them!!!

I’m an 8.5 M so originally I ordered this boot in 8.5. It was too roomy in the toe and the heel. Exchanged for an 8 and the fit is now fine. I’ve been wanting a simple navy boot to wear with jeans and this fits the bill!

These boots are well made and they look good. The problem is that these boots are not made for walking or hiking. The toe box is too narrow and the heel is too wide, and so they are going back.

I work in the construction industry and although I’m not in the field all day, I try to dress business casual, but ready for the field. These boots are perfect. I disagree with the reviews that say they run big. That was not my experience with the navy boots. I ordered a half size down and they are too small. I’m exchanging for my usual 7.5.

I like the style of these. I was looking for something with a good tread to wear with jeans and also skirts in the winter on snowy and wet sidewalks. I wear a size 7.5 in Everlane flats and 7.5 in Kork Ease ankle boots a size 8 in Born boots. I ordered size 8 in these lace up booties and while they weren’t loose and might be ok with extra thick socks, I felt like that just didn’t fit me well enough to justify the price. I’d like them to fit with medium weight tights or socks. The 7.5 is sold out so I went to looking for a new style.

Beautiful boot with soft leather. Unfortunately not wide enough in the toes for my feet. Some shoe brands can accommodate my wide toes even in a standard width shoe, but unfortunately this is not one of them, so sadly I am returning these shoes.

I really wanted to love these, as they were just what I was looking for. My daughter bought them for safaris on a trip to Africa and continues to wear them. However, she has quite narrow feet, while mine are medium-to-wide. These were far too narrow for me, although I expect they will be fine for someone with narrower feet.

Absolutely ADORE these!!! I’ve been searching for 3+ years for a cute pair of low lace up boots. Perfectly comfortable right out of the box. Pretty true to size — maybe slightly on generous side, but not enough to drop down a size. The toe box looks like it’s on the narrower side but I can wiggle my toes just fine. And they are so cute on!

First a word about the service. I haven’t gotten next day delivery in a while but I did with this order. I was hoping to get them in time to pack on a weekend trip and I had two days to spare to try them out and break them in, so thanks so much for that Zappos. The shoes are very cute and felt great right out of the box. The leather is not stiff and doesn’t cut into the top of your foot or ankle. The rubber soles are quiet and don’t scuff my floors. The toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunions, but I can lace them tight enough for a snug fit on my narrow heels and ankles (why I opted for a lace up in the first place—also no zipper to rub against your ankle). They appear to be well made and I hope to enjoy them for years to come.

These are beautiful, well-made boots. I found these to be true to size. I have high arches and bunions, and the toe box is just wide enough to accommodate them with a snug fit. The leather is soft, and stretches nicely. My only complaint is that the footbed is not removable and the padding and arch support is insufficient for me. I’m using a super thin insert over the top and it seems to work.

I love SO many things about these boots – roomy toe box, tie tight as you like around ankle, perfect foot bed BUT… the extra piece that give the toe its smooth look, bothers the top of my toes. This is not a part of my foot that has ever been a problem before. May be worth a try for others anyway because everything else is so wonderful just does not work for me.

I wear size 7.5 or 8 and so, after reading various reviews, I ordered this well-made bootie in size 7.5. Unfortunately the fit was just off – my toes were squeezed and my heels moved around too easily. I recommend this style for anyone interested in a nice-looking, light-weight tie-up bootie, but unfortunately I have to return them.
