The shoes I received had been worn outside. The soles were dirty, damaged and worn. Never had this situation before in the many years I have been a Zappos customer. Shame on the previous customer.

I love these! Very good and really comfortable. With the cork bed, they should get even better as I wear them. Good arch support is one of my main must-haves, and this pair has it!

Great looking shoe. As other reviews noted, the shoe runs small. I’m a 10 1/2 to 11. In EU, I’m a 42. Typically, size 11 equates to an EU 42. The size chart for this shoe indicates that a size 11 is an EU 41. The shoe fit me like an EU 41, which is too small for me. Sadly for me, Mephisto does not make a larger size in this shoe.

I wear 8 to 8.5 and got the 39, which fits but barely. Comfortable sensible sandals that look good with dresses and match many colors (bought the beige ones). The arch support is medium, not enough for my high arches, but they are fine if I don’t walk miles.

Very comfortable and attractive sandal— the leather is very soft. It is very stable when walking. I just wish it had a bit more arch support because I have very high arches.

I like this sandal, but it just didn’t fit. The strap around the heel is too long, even with the velcro.
