Wish they would make additional colors in this particular style, beyond white. Have a wide toe box that makes them super comfortable. All I have found are additional colors with strange contrasting ugly leather strips between the sole and upper leather.

I’m not trying to be mean. But these weren’t what I would think a $250 pair would be. The brown was dull doodoo instead of the mahogany reddish look in the pics. Literally zero arch in them. I wasn’t pleased at all so they went back. Got my 20th pair of Cole Haan’s. Z

My husband loved these in off-white. And he loves these in crushed black leather with the white sole. Unlike his other Mephistos, these seemed to run a half size larger than he usually wears in this brand.

Full disclosure, this is my second pair of Mephisto Thomas shoes. I loved my first pair so much that, despite having a very good alternative, I just had to go for the repeat.
The classic looks definitely go great with jeans and casual pants, and while imported, I like that they are made in Portugal. What got me coming back, however, is the all leather lining and insole, in a sneaker.
It is difficult to describe the sensation of slipping one’s feet (socked or not) into a fully leather lined shoe, it is truly wonderful. The leather covered foam insole is super durable, I actually transfered the ones from my old Thomases to the new shoes!

Nice leather. I bought them for a vacation so I can dress up or wear them with shorts. I bought a full size smaller than usual. They still might end up being too big. This is my 3rd pair of Mephisto. They never wear out.

Great shoe, just started to come apart at one of the seams the very first time they were worn. Returning them for another pair in the hopes it was just a manufacturing problem with this shoe.

Loved the look of this shoe, but there was zero arch support and very little cushion in the heal. After wearing around my house for a bit my feet were sore! Not at all what I expected for the price paid.
