At Footwear Everyday, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, just as we want you to feel completely comfortable in our footwear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- All tags must still be attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective foot coverings. All other footwear categories (Boat Shoes, Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Shoes, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns when meeting the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Submit your request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”
- Include the following information in your email (or use our template below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the provided shipping label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is processed
- Insuring the package for its full value
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement
