At Footwear Everyday, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as comfortable as our shoes. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping options and straightforward returns process.

Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags must still be attached

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective foot coverings.

All other footwear categories (Boat Shoes, Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Shoes, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible when meeting the above conditions.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Submit your request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with subject “Return/Exchange Request”
  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for approval (we’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions)
  4. Ship your return using the provided label (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
